At AlphaFic, we strive to deliver captivating romance stories. If you encounter any technical difficulty or are dissatisfied with a purchase, we provide transparent and straightforward refund assistance.

1. Coin Pack Purchases ($4.99 - $29.99)

If you purchased a coin package ($4.99 Value Pack, $9.99 Super Readers Pack, $19.99 Deluxe Whale Pack, or $29.99 Grand Master Pack) and experienced a technical error, or accidentally made a purchase, you are eligible for a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided the purchased coins have not yet been consumed to unlock paid chapters.

2. VIP Subscription Refunds ($14.99/week)

You can cancel your VIP weekly subscription at any time without fees directly inside your PayPal account, via your Reader Profile, or by contacting support. If you were charged for an automatic weekly renewal and have not read any chapters during the new billing period, you can request a refund within forty-eight (48) hours of the renewal charge.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our billing department at support@alphafic.com or submit a ticket on our Contact Page with:

Your Order ID (format: ORD_..., found on your receipt or in reader Profile);
Your Guest User ID or linked email address;
A brief description of the issue.

Our support team reviews and processes all valid requests within 24–48 business hours. Refunds are credited directly back to your original payment method (PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay).
